Keep an eye out for Wellington Drag Queen Celebrity Rhubarb Rouge, who will do a guest performance and revive Carmen Miranda the 1940s iconic Brazilian broadway way star that wore a tutti-frutti hat. Miss Drag Wellington 2009, will turn Carmen Miranda’s ashes into glitter!
