In the 70's, the military governments of South America collaborated to establish “Operation Condor", which led to the kidnapping and murder of thousands, and the exile of many others. In search of truth and justice, director Roberto Mader revisits the series of events linked to its creation through testimonials of its victims, activists and related characters.
